We collect your name, mobile number, email, postcode and address, details about your dogs and garden access, and your booking and payment history. We never see or store your card details. Stripe handles those.
We use it to carry out the service you've booked: to plan visits, get into your garden, contact you about visits, and take payment. We also keep records the law requires, such as tax records and waste transfer notes.
We share it only with the services we use to run the business:
We never sell your information or use it for marketing.
We keep your information while you're a customer, then for 6 years for tax purposes. Gate codes and access notes are deleted when you stop using us.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing us. If you're unhappy with how we've handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
